Nevada County is fairly easy to get the assessor’s parcel map.  You will want to click the Nevada County “My Neighborhood Map” Link below.  Use this web app to navigate to your parcel of interest.  Once the parcel is displayed, click “from map” on the right.  Then click “select features by” and I use point.  Click your parcel and a box on the right will come up.  Click the “Report” hyperlink.  A new page will come up.  Click the “View Assessor’s Parcel Map PDF” hyperlink under the displayed color map.  A pdf will come up where you will see the Book and Page.  If you need help, click the example map link below.  Enjoy!
