Modoc County is paying Parcel Quest for basic county mapping functions.  You will want to start your search by clicking the link below to go to the Modoc County Recorder’s website.  Scroll down and you will see a link to Parcel Quest.  Search with Parcel Quest until you find your parcel of interest (easiest to search soley by street name).  Then click the orange “view” button.  This will bring up a parcel details screen.  Next to the APN will be a button labeled “Open Map”, click on that.  It will download the applicable APN map.  On that map will be references to recorded maps, found in the files below.
